How to Order

Placing an order on our website is easy! Just browse our catalog, and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. When you are ready to check out, just click the "Check Out" button place your order.

When you first place an order, you will be required to create an account. This allows us to contact you if neccessary, and it allows you to track the progress of your orders.

Payment Information

Payment by VlSA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express is accepted on all orders. Payment by check or money order is also accepted. We may reserve the right to hold orders paid by personal check to allow your check to clear. Please pay by certified check, money order, or credit card to avoid delay in shipment.

Security

Online payments are processed securely using Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to place your order.

Privacy

At Betta Foods, we respect your right to privacy. All information collected during the ordering process is used solely for the purpose of completing the purchase order transaction. We do not share information about our customers with outside parties.

Pricing

We strive to provide accurate pricing for all our products. However, please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales tax will be charged on taxable items for shipments delivered to Tennessee addresses or delivered to addresses outside Tennesse if the credit card bill to address is in Tennessee.

Back-Orders

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to ask if you would like to back-order that item, or if you would like us to ship your order without the item(s).

Back-ordered items generally arrive in our warehouse within 2 to 5 days. If you choose to back-order, we will proceed with shipping your original order and will bill you for those items being shipped. After we receive new stock, we will then ship your back-order and will bill you accordingly, along with new shipping charges.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

If you have a problem with your order; Incorrect item shipped or you received a damaged product, please call us at :(423) 623-2264, or send an email to: sales@bettafoods.com.

If there is a problem with your order of any kind, please notify us within three business days to report a problem. Below are some instructions on what to do for some of the various problems that may arise. If your question is not answered below, please contact us.

Wrong Item - If you received an item that you did not order, or you did not receive an item that you did order, please contact us so that we can ship the correct item. If the error was ours, we'll ship the correct item to you at our cost. If not, we will work with you to remedy the situation.

Damaged Items - If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within three business days and we'll make arrangements to replace the product or refund cost of that item.

Return Items - If you need to return a product, please contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.

Refunds - If an error is ours or if an item is defective or damaged, we'll be glad to refund the cost of the item and the associated shipping cost. Please let us know within three business days of receiving your package.

Cancelled Orders - If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order, please contact us. You can email sales@bettafoods.com, use the Contact form, or give us a call at (423) 623-2264.
