Soyabeaf® Chunks may be used in place of red meats in meat dishes and recipes. Dark colored and unflavored, they are about 1/2 an inch wide, flat, and irregularly shaped.
The Soyabeaf® Chunks are vegan and gluten free, and they contain no MSG. They make excellent main and side dishes, and allow you to flavor them according to your individual tastes. They also require very little cooking, which saves valuable time in meal preparation. Great in stir-fries, stews, curries, etc. May be added directly to soups. This product is unflavored and must be seasoned to taste.
Ingredients: Soy flour and caramel color.
Directions: To re-hydrate before cooking, soak product in warm water and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. When soft, drain off the remaining liquid, season and cook as desired. May be added directly to soups. Note that the product will double in volume after re-hydration.
