Information & Policies
All online payments are processed securely through our online merchant service. We do not store your information, it is used only to process your order.
We respect your right to privacy. All information collected during the ordering process is used only for the purpose of completing your transaction. We do not share information about our customers with outside parties.
We strive to provide accurate pricing for all our products. However, all prices are subject to change without notice. We may cancel any orders for items that are incorrectly priced.
Tennessee Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on taxable items for shipments delivered to Tennessee addresses or delivered to addresses outside Tennessee if the credit card is billed to a Tennessee address.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Some potential scenarios are listed below:
Wrong Item - If you received an item that you did not order, or you did not receive an item that you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. If the error is ours, we will ship the correct item to you without additional cost. If not, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Damaged Item - If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within three business days of the delivery date, and we will make arrangements to either replace the product or refund the cost of the item.
Returns - If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within three business days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending back any items. Please note that we cannot accept returns for food products, unless they are defective or damaged. If an item is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no cost. For any other issues, we will work with you to resolve them.
Cancellation - If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org, use the Contact form, or give us a call at (423) 623-2264. Orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
Backorders and Out of Stock items
Occasionally, there is the slight possibility that we may be temporarily out of stock of one or more items on your order. Depending on the situation, your order may be delayed, or the items cancelled. Delays are rare, and you will be notified of the situation and given the option to cancel the items if desired.
Our hours of operation are from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on weekdays. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.
