Light brown colored, unflavored chunks. About 1/4 of an inch across. Will double in size when re-hydrated. May be used in place of lamb or other red meats in meals and recipes. Great for curry, stew, kebabs, etc.
This product contains no flavoring, and must be seasoned to taste.
Ingredients: Soy flour and caramel color.
Directions: to re-hydrate before cooking, soak product in warm water and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. When soft, drain off the remaining liquid, season and cook as desired. Note that the product will double in volume after re-hydration.
