Soy Strips are flat, dark-colored, textured vegetable protein strips about 1 inch by 1/2 inch across. This product makes an excellent beef substitute, and may be used anywhere in place of red meats in your favorite recipes. This product is unflavored, and mimics raw meat. It must be seasoned according to taste.
Ingredients: Soy flour and caramel color.
Directions: Soak in very hot water for 30 minutes or until soft. Drain water, and add to recipe.
