Dark flavored chunks about 1/2 an inch across. Very firm. These chunks will retain their shape and texture after cooking. Best used in place of beef or other red meat in recipes. Ideal for making stews, curry, stir-fry, etc.

Ingredients: Soy flour, salt, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed wheat gluten, natural flavorings, hydrolyzed corn gluten, hydrolyzed soy protein, autolyzed yeast extract, malt extract, Monosodium glutamate, citric acid, black pepper, onion, garlic powder, caramel color, zinc oxide, niacinamide, ferrous sulphate, copper gluconate, Vitamin A, calcium pantothenate, B1, B2, B6 and B12.
Directions: Soak 1 cup of chunks in 1.5 cups of warm water for about 15 minutes, or until soft. Drain excess water and add to your recipe.
